Where do you source your meat from?
We source 100% of our products from premium Australian farms and producers, focusing on grass-fed beef, pasture-raised lamb, and hormone-free poultry.
What are your delivery zones and schedules?
We currently deliver across the greater metropolitan areas. Orders placed before 10:00 PM are typically processed for next-day delivery, depending on your specific suburb's schedule.
Can I freeze the meat upon arrival?
Yes. Because our meat is delivered fresh and vacuum-sealed, it is perfectly safe to place directly into the freezer. We recommend using frozen meat within 6 months for optimal quality.
What is your policy on returns or damaged items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with the quality or condition of your order upon arrival, please contact us within 24 hours for a resolution or refund.
Is there a minimum order value for delivery?
Yes, we require a minimum order of $50.00 to qualify for home delivery. Orders over $200.00 may be eligible for free shipping depending on your location.
