House Made Chimichurri

Our house made Chimichurri is a bestseller for a reason! Once you get hooked on this, you wont look back. Our Chimichurri contains a mix of finely chopped fresh parsley, garlic and oregano with a little bit of chilli, lemon juice, red wine vinegar and olive oil. Chimichurri is the perfect condiment for grilled meat, but really we use this Chimi on everything from meat, to fish, to sandwiches!
